Iyengar Yoga

Iyengar yoga is the form of hatha yoga is define in detail with holding a posture a long time duration with alignment of physic,  mind and control the breathing process during the yoga posture. The reason of developed this style is creating a strength, mobility and stability.

Iyengar yoga is developed by B.K.S. Iyenger.B.K.S. iyenger has systematisd over 200 classical yoga poses  and 14 different types of pranayama(with variation of many of them) ranging from the basic to advanced level.

In Iyengar yoga usually use props, belts, blocks and blanket for performing the asana(posture) by this it’s reduce the risk of injury or strain. it’s reliable for those people who have some injury or break one some other critical issue so they can do use this tools and perform correctly yoga asanas.
